Shipping Policy

Zero-Risk Delivery
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit we will reship once at our expense – no questions asked.

Address Accuracy
You alone are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address at checkout. Use Latin characters; include apartment, suite, building access codes or VAT numbers where required. For large items, ensure the delivery location is accessible for freight carriers.

Duties & Taxes
Every order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We pre-clear and pre-pay all customs, VAT and brokerage fees. You will never be asked for additional money on delivery.

Secure Packaging
All furniture is professionally wrapped, padded and crated to ensure safe arrival. Packages are declared as “Home Furnishings” for customs processing.

Regional Dispatch
Stock is held in warehouses across the USA, UK, EU (Germany & Netherlands), Australia, UAE and Canada. Your order ships from the location nearest to you for faster delivery.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment your shipment is dispatched. Carrier scans appear within 24 h.

Transit Times
Processing: 1–2 business days
Transit: 1–2 business days
High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year) may extend windows by 24–48 h.

Customs Delays
Random inspections can add 1–2 days; such delays are outside our control but do not affect delivery guarantees.

Shipping Cost
Displayed in-checkout, calculated by item size, weight and destination zone. Free shipping on all orders.

White Glove Delivery
Available in select areas for an additional fee. Includes in-home delivery, unpacking and debris removal.
