Return & Refund Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We will refund or replace any order that:
never arrives,
arrives damaged or faulty, or
differs materially from the product page.

Non-Delivery
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the shipment, contact the courier within 24 h and file a claim.
Email us at [email protected] no later than 90 calendar days after the stated delivery date. Once the courier confirms loss, we will refund the full purchase price plus original shipping.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Open a return ticket within 90 days. We will supply a prepaid label and, at your option, send an immediate replacement or issue a full refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return any unused furniture for any reason within 90 days. Use a courier that provides a tracking number; the package remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 48 h of receipt and issued via the original payment method.

Exclusions
Damage caused by misuse, accident or unauthorised assembly.
Items returned without an approved RMA number.
Items that have been assembled or show signs of use.
