How do I send money with Ria?
Sending via the App:
1. Create an account (if you haven’t already)
2. Tap “Send” or “Send Money Now”
3. Enter your transfer details:
• Destination country: Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Amount: Your order total
• Payment method: Bank, Card, or Cash
• Delivery method: Cash Pickup
4. Review the total cost and tap “Continue”
5. Select or add a recipient
6. Choose a saved payment method or add a new one
7. Review your transfer details and tap “Confirm” to send
Sending via the Website:
1. Create an account (if you haven’t already)
2. Click “Send Money” on the left-hand side of the screen
3. Select “Bosnia and Herzegovina” as the destination
4. Enter the amount you wish to send
5. Choose your payment method
6. Select “Cash Pickup” as the delivery method

How do I add a recipient?
You can add a new recipient during a transfer or by following the steps below:
In the App:
1. Tap the “Recipients” icon at the bottom of the screen
2. Tap “Add New Recipient”
3. Choose who you’re sending to (yourself or someone else)
4. Enter the recipient’s first name, last name, country, city, and state
5. Tap “Continue” to save
On the Website:
1. Click “Recipients” on the left side of the screen
2. Click “Add New Recipient”
3. Choose who you’re sending to (yourself or someone else)
4. Enter the recipient’s details and click “Create”
